TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Speaker Bureau engagements must be free and open to the public. Minimum of 10 or more is required for attendance, worth of speaker's time.

Introduction of each speaker must include the following acknowledgment: “All speaking engagements are made possible by the generous support of the Nez Perce County Historical Society and the Idaho Governor’s Lewis and Clark Trail Committee.”
How to apply:
1. Locate the speakers button below and look over the list of speakers/topics.
2. Contact the speaker you're interested in to finalize a date and time. What are the needs of speaker/host? AV equipment? Space/display tables? Also, ask the speaker if the presentation or lecture is age appropriate. This step must be done first before we can accept a host application.
3. Fill out the host application form. This can be done electronically by clicking the Electronic Host Application Button below, or you can print a pdf file (by clicking Printable Host Application button below) and fill it out then mail it to us.
Applications have to be completed and returned to the museum at least 2 weeks in advance, or the application is subject to rejection!
4. If you have any questions during the application process please contact the NPCHS at (208) 743-2535 or at
npccurator@gmail.com.
5. Please allow 1-3 business days for museum to process the application.
6. Confirmation will be emailed to you.
7. LAST STEP: After the presentation has taken place, please fill out the host evaluation form found below and
send to the museum via email, mail, or walk in. This acts as a confirmation that the presentation took place.
